A. Overview

Joey Med is committed to transparent, patient-centric service. Because we provide licensed medical consultations and prescription medications, special rules govern cancellations and refunds. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

B. Key Definitions

Consultation
A synchronous or asynchronous encounter (telemedicine or in-person) with a Joey Med-credentialed medical practitioner.
Processing Period
The period during which your medical chart is reviewed and a prescribing decision is made (typically 5–7 business days from the date of your Consultation).
Shipped Medication
Prescription product(s) that have left the dispensing pharmacy and entered the carrier’s custody.
Delivery Period
The typical transit time after shipment; medications normally arrive at the patient’s address within 5–7 business days.

C. Refund Eligibility

  • Not clinically eligible for medication after evaluation (no prescription issued): 100% of amounts you paid. No fees deducted.
  • Prescription issued and medication has NOT shipped: 100% of amounts you paid. No fees deducted.
  • Prescription issued and medication has shipped: 100% of amounts you paid minus:
    • $25 shipping & handling
    • $199 practitioner Consultation fee
    These are direct costs already incurred and are therefore non-refundable.

D. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

Email support@joeymed.com or call +1 (917) 400-1813 with your order or chart number.

  • Requests must be received before you use or tamper with the medication.
  • Refunds are initiated within 15 business days from the date of your Consultation outcome.
  • Bank or card processing times may add 3–5 additional business days.

E. Credit-Card Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing from Joey Med, you acknowledge that you are paying for professional medical services that commence immediately upon scheduling your Consultation.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a fee that is non-refundable under Section C constitutes breach of contract. Joey Med reserves the right to contest such chargebacks, and you may be responsible for any recovery fees permitted by law.
